I'm a hard man to keep in touch with. I won't respond to a text message unless it asks a direct question, I generally say as little as possible when talking on the phone, and replying to emails and the like can take days, weeks, if ever. Hell, I've got a habit of just walking away from people. They'll turn to say something to me and I'll just be gone. It's not on purpose, and I don't intend to be rude, I think it's that when the other person's finished talking, and I'm not being pressed for a reply, I just assume the conversation's over. So, yeah, keeping in touch with me takes an effort.

The fact that people still try, though... That's a real pick-me-up.

Why would any self-respecting villain team up with the Riddler? His only "power" is leaving clues! He contributes nothing! All he does is blab to Batman about your secret plan! How does that help?

If it wasn't for The Riddler, Batman wouldn't even know anything was going on at all! The day supervillains learn to just ignore the Riddler's phone calls when they're planning a nefarious deed, Gotham is doomed.

    Best news headline ever today:

"Tambourine Man to Play a Song for You"

I didn't even read the article. Nothing it said could top that.

    Alignment Test

    Your Score: Chaotic-Neutral

    50% Good, 62% Chaotic

Plane of Existence: Limbo, "Plane of Ever-Changing Chaos". Description: An alien, anarchistic and unpredictable plane. Notable Inhabitants: Githzerai - human-like monks; Slaad - frog-like creatures.

Examples of Chaotic-Neutrals (Ethically Chaotic, Morally Neutral)

    Barret Wallace (FFVII)
    Yuffie Kisaragi (FFVII)
    Tyler Durden
    Dr. Frankenstein
    Doctor Moreau
    Tarzan
    Peeves the Poltergeist
    Fred & George Weasly
    "Wild animals"

The almost totally unpredictable non-conformist loner. Will stand by and watch the white knight battle the black knight without feeling compelled to take sides.

Will keep their word if in their best interest
    May attack an unarmed foe
    May use poison
    May help those in need
    Prefers to work alone
    Responds poorly to higher authority
    Distrustful of organizations
Self preservation is strong but will not go to the same extent as Neutral-Evils.
They can generally be swayed easily.

    Chaotic Neutral "Pure Chaos"
    "Free Spirit"

A chaotic neutral [person] follows his whims. He is an individualist first and last. He values his own liberty but doesn't strive to protect others' freedom. He avoids authority, resents restrictions, and challenges traditions. A chaotic neutral [person] does not intentionally disrupt organizations as part of a campaign of anarchy. To do so, he would have to be motivated either by good (and a desire to liberate others), evil (and a desire to make others suffer), or be lawful neutral. A chaotic neutral [person] may be unpredictable, but his behavior is not totally random. He is not as likely to jump off a bridge as to cross it.

Chaotic neutral is freedom from both society's restrictions and a do-gooder's zeal.

Other Alignments and Tendencies (Tendenices are what you would more often sway towards; esp. for Neutrals):
    0-39% Good, 0-39% Chaotic: Lawful-Evil
    0-39% Good, 40-60% Chaotic: Neutral-Evil
    0-39% Good, 61-100% Chaotic: Chaotic-Evil
    40-60% Good, 0-39% Chaotic: Lawful-Neutral
40-60% Good, 40-60% Chaotic: True Neutral
    61-100% Good, 0-39% Chaotic: Lawful-Good
    61-100% Good, 40-60% Chaotic: Neutral-Good
    61-100% Good, 61-100% Chaotic: Chaotic-Good</i>

Well, I'm not getting anywhere with my FFVIII disc in the shape it's in. I gave up trying to beat it and got Dragon Quest VIII yesterday instead. This was off the advice of Fenix, so if it's not the best thing ever, there will be hell to pay.

    LJ Chainmail...well, not mail.
You know what I hate? When a movie that didn't do to well in theatres comes
out on DVD, and because they can't put special features on it, they advertise things like "Scene Select" and "Interactive menus" as special features. I mean, come on! No-one's gonna notice if the DVD doesn't have special features, what they are going to notice is how lame these special features are. You're only drawing attention to it. Besides, how does it make you look if you apparantly think that "Interactive Menus" is a great feature, special to this DVD?

    Anyway...comment on this entry and:
    1. I'll respond with something random about you.
    2. I'll challenge you to try something.
    3. I'll pick a color that I associate with you.
    4. I'll tell you something I like about you.
    5. I'll tell you my first/clearest memory of you.
    6. I'll tell you what animal you remind me of.
    7. I'll ask you something I've always wanted to ask you.
    8. If I do this for you, you must post this on yours if you haven't already.

    Music thing
Put your media player on random. Read the first question aloud as you start playing it. The song that's playing is the answer! Skip to the next track to answer question 2, and use that as an answer, and so on and so forth.
This'll be interesting, because my media player is almost nothing but Final Fantasy music and David Bowie.

    1. How does the world see you?
One Winged Angel- FFVII (Take that, Tailz!)

    2. Will I have a happy life?
Uncle Arthur- David Bowie. (...oh, no)

    3. What do my friends think of me?
The Man Who Sold the World- Nirvana Unplugged cover (hah, awesome)

    4. Do people secretly lust after me?
Maid Of Bond Street- David Bowie (okay...)

    5. How can I make myself happy?
There is A Happy Land- David Bowie (That's creepy, and not all that helpful)

    6. What should I do with my life?
Some Boss theme I don't recall fully (be the boss, eh?)

    7. Will I ever have children?
Robo's Theme- Chrono Trigger (Robot children?)

    8. What is some good advice for me?
Little Bombardier- David Bowie (I am not joining the army...or should I make friends with children?)

    9. How will I be remembered?
    Zelda Theme (I'm confused)

    10. What's my signature dancing song?
Come and Buy my Toys- David Bowie (...no)

    11. What's my current theme song?
We are Hungry men- David Bowie (Nah, I just ate)

    12. What do others think is my current theme song?
    Rubber Band- David Bowie (ehh)

    13. What shall they play at my funeral?
The Sonic theme (oh, that's nice...)

    14. What type of women do I like?
Silly Boy Blue- David Bowie (...maybe it thinks I'm Fenix...or maybe I like Buddists)

    15. How's my love life?
Come As You Are- Nirvana (Hmm, intriguing)
